Updated: 2026-07-24 · Source-checked

Fast triage

Start with local miner state, then power, network, DNS, Stratum and worker authorization.

Diagnostic order

  1. Save the first timestamped error.
  2. Check power, fans and temperature.
  3. Test gateway, DNS and pool domain.
  4. Verify account.worker syntax and current port.
  5. Change one variable and retest.

Evidence to collect

Firmware version, kernel log, pool status, accepted and rejected shares, local hashrate and pool-side hashrate.

Safety

Do not publish passwords, API keys or full remote-access URLs.
